I approach both life and work with sincerity, compassion and purpose. I not only enjoy working with my clients but also sharing my knowledge, teaching clients self-care techniques to relieve muscular tension on their own.

REJUVENATING - Designed to reduce both physical and emotional stress by increasing circulation and oxygen flow in the blood which flushes toxins and metabolic wastes. Focused on decompression, this massage stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps the body recuperate and heal.
RESTORATIVE - Designed to alleviate musculoskeletal dysfunctions that cause chronic pain, discomfort and decreased mobility. An assessment is conducted to determine the location, type and nature of the dysfunction. Utilizing a variety of massage techniques each massage is tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
FUSION - A rejuvenating and restorative massage combining techniques to address specific disfunction and provide an overall relaxing experience.
